Lisa Bogue

Farmer. Small business owner. Former teacher. Lifelong South Dakotan.
Lisa Bogue is running for the South Dakota House of Representatives because she believes strong communities are built by people who work hard, care about their neighbors, and are willing to step forward to serve.
Lisa and her husband Marc operate their fifth generation family farm near Beresford. They raised four children and are now proud grandparents. Their roots in southeastern South Dakota run deep, and their lives have always been centered around family, faith, and community.

Supporting Farmers and Ranchers
Agriculture is the backbone of our state. Lisa will stand up for family farmers and ranchers who work hard every day to feed and fuel South Dakota.
Strengthening Local Businesses
Small businesses create opportunity and keep our communities strong. Lisa supports policies that allow local businesses to grow and succeed.
Investing in Education
Teachers play an essential role in preparing the next generation. Lisa believes our schools should remain a priority so students graduate ready for the workforce, college, or technical careers.
Responsible Government
Lisa will be a careful steward of taxpayer dollars and work to ensure state government remains responsible and accountable to the people it serves.

South Dakota’s District 16 includes communities across Lincoln, Turner, and Union counties in southeastern South Dakota.
Lisa is proud to call this area home and looks forward to working hard to represent the people and communities that make District 16 such a great place to live.
